Who we are

Guestedly (“we”, “us”) provides a guest communication application for hotels and resorts, powered by the Xbabble communications platform. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through guestedly.com and the Guestedly app.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through our demo request form (name, email, phone, property, role).
• Account activation data generated when a guest scans a property QR code, linked to the guest’s stay dates.
• Messages and call metadata exchanged between guests and the property through the app.
• Technical information such as device type, operating system and app version.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, activate and deactivate guest access in line with the registered stay, route communications to the correct property department, respond to enquiries and improve our products.

Retention

Guest access deactivates automatically at check-out. Communication records are retained only as long as required by the property and applicable law.
