Use of the service

Guestedly is provided to participating hotels and resorts and to their currently registered guests. Guest access is granted by scanning a QR code supplied by the property at check-in and ends automatically at check-out.

Acceptable use

Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access properties or accounts they are not authorised to use, or send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent communications.

Availability

Calling and messaging require a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Standard carrier data charges may apply.
